Hi, i am interested to buy a unit of this property. However, i need some clarifycation, i 've been told this is a LMC unit, therefore no sale transaction, name transfer can be done within the first 5 years and its only for those earning below Rm3500. Is these this true ? what about earning slight high ?please advice. thank you.
