Semi-detached houses at The Sanctuary have a built up area of 4,200 sf. They have 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The town villas are slightly smaller, with a built-up area of 2,500 sf. The town villas cost RM700,000 onwards.
The Sanctuary is strategically located in the Batu Uban Growth Triangle, and is close to an international school, Universiti Sains Malaysia, shopping centres, and golf courses. It is accessible through Lebuhraya Bayan Lepas.
