Taman Lip Sin is situated near to a few landmarks which are the Penang Bridge and also the Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone. The Penang Bridge is only about 5km away, and residents should opt to use the Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah which is the shortest route. Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone is about 4.9km away, and can be reached within 10 minutes.

Komtar is about 9.5 km away, and the best route would be to take the Jelutong Highway. Gurney Drive is located further up, about 11.3km while Batu Feringhi is the furthest with a distance of 24.4 km away.
