In addition, I-Regency is neighboring Island Glades in the North to Sungai Nibong Kecil to the South, and is bordered by USM, Sungai Dua, Taman Pekaka, Lip Sin and Bukit Jambul. Its residential neighborhoods are Gambir Heights, Jade View and the affluent neighborhood of Palace Hill.
Bukit Gambir, Gelugor is easily accessible from the Northbound (Georgetown) and Southbound (Bayan Lepas) through the Jelutong Expressway which can be accessed via the ramp near Tesco Penang (nearby Bukit Dumbar). There are Rapid Penang Buses with the number of 301 and 302 pass through Jalan Bukit Gambir.
