Ferringhi Park is the name of a new luxury property development along the popular stretch of Batu Ferringhi inPenang. Ferringhi Park is divided into 4 phases.

Phase 1 was the development of The Residences, 3-storey semi detached homes and 3-storey bungalows. Phase 2, completed later on, is Tropika @ Ferringhi Park, which are 3-storey luxury semi-detached homes. Plans for Phase 3 & 4 have not yet been revealed. These resort-styled homes are developed by Blossom Time, a subsidiary of Atlan Holdings.

Phase 1, The Residences was completed in May 2008 and subsequently, Tropika was completed in March 2010. The surrounding land area which stretches across 65 acres of hillside is still being developed.
